Tuesday: Chicken, Cauliflower, Green Beans and Potatoes. Fresh water to drink and Apple's from the fruit section.
Wednesday: Smoked Chicken, Corn, Peas and Macaroni. Fresh water to drink and Pear's from the fruit section.
Thursday: Baked Chicken, Black Beans, Quinoa and Mixed Vegetables. Fresh water to drink, yogurt for dessert, and strawberries from the fruit section.
Friday: Red Pasta (homemade with lean ground turkey, fresh tomatoes, zucchini's and carrots). Fresh water to drink and Orange's from the fruit section.
Snacks:
Bread Sticks, Gold Fish, Animal Crackers, Graham Crackers, Cheese Sticks, Baby Carrots, Fruits, Milk, Freshly Extracted Vegetable or Fruit Juice, and Fresh Water.
